Owned and operated by Brenda and Michael Hebert since 1991, we are located in Covington, Louisiana, about 45 minutes North of New Orleans.

Our stock consist of registered AMHA and AMHR quality mares and stallions. Our breeding program is geared towards excellence in conformation, temperment and performance. All foals born at Golden Meadow recieve hands on care and personal attention.

Our philosophy is that each horse is treated as a member of the family.

We are members of both AMHA & AMHR.  We are also members of Southern Miniature Horse Confederation where Michael is the presently a director and the previous President.

We enjoy participating in local equine events to promote the miniature horse.  We have attended several local events. These include fun shows, fund raisers such as Kids Kicking Cancer, Dixie Jamboree and other equine siminars and events.
